Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Info MSME Hub platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. NIPDB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Platform Purpose

The Info MSME Hub is operated by the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) with support from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). The platform is designed to:

  • Connect MSMEs with verified business support services
  • Provide access to real-time data insights about Namibia’s MSME landscape
  • Share relevant opportunities, resources, and policy information
  • Facilitate coordination among MSME support providers

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of this platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or submitting data
  • Use the platform solely for lawful purposes related to MSME support and development
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
  • Not upload or transmit harmful content, including viruses, spam, or misleading information
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of NIPDB and third-party content providers

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and data on this platform are the property of NIPDB or its licensors and are protected by Namibian and international intellectual property laws. You may use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to MSME development only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NIPDB makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of information on the platform
  • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the platform
  • The suitability of listed support services for your specific needs

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIPDB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. NIPDB does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

8. Account Termination

NIPDB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that may harm the platform, its users, or NIPDB’s reputation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
